A 32-year-old man from Chipadze, Bindura, recently appeared on the Tinashe Mugabe DNA Show, seeking answers about the paternity of his three children.

The man’s decision to undergo a DNA test was fueled by recurring dreams and persistent rumors about his wife’s alleged infidelity.

According to the man, his doubts about his wife’s fidelity began in 2015 after he discovered messages on her phone from another man.

“I saw messages on her phone while she was communicating with a man named John,” he said.

“She left unannounced while I was sick to go and see John, only to get dropped by a car. That’s when I beat her up. I was hurt.”

This incident marked the beginning of growing doubts about his wife’s fidelity.

The man’s suspicions intensified from 2019 onwards, when he started having recurring dreams about his wife’s alleged infidelity and the children not being his.

“Since 2019 till now 2025 I’ve had recurring dreams about the children not being mine,” he revealed.

“I would dream of myself catching my wife pants down with another man in an affair. I dreamt that of the three children, only one is yours.”

Despite the emotional weight of the allegations, the DNA results revealed a surprising truth: the man is the biological father of all three children.

The couple’s union, which began in late 2012, has been marred by trust issues, with the wife accusing the husband of being promiscuous and having another family.

“I think it’s because he is promiscuous and tends to forget that he has a family,” she said.

“That’s how we’ve reached this stage of coming here for DNA.”

The husband’s decision to undergo a DNA test was driven by his need for emotional closure.

“These things have been troubling me to the extent that I needed to seek closure from the tests,” he explained.

“I’m a dreamer and my dreams are never just dreams.”

The DNA results have brought an end to the speculation, confirming the man’s paternity of the three children.
