The Zimbabwean music fraternity is mourning the loss of legendary musician Nicholas “Madzibaba” Zacharia, who passed away at the age of 69 at around 2 am this morning after a prolonged illness.
Born in 1956 at Belgownie Estate in Mazowe, Mashonaland Central, Zacharia was a self-taught guitarist who began his musical journey by secretly playing his father’s guitar.
