The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has summoned Dynamos FC and four of its technical officials: Kelvin Kaindu, Thomas Ruzive, Takesure Chinyama, and Thulani Muzambwa to appear before the PSL Disciplinary Committee.

The summons follows an incident during the Chibuku Super Cup fixture against Triangle FC at Gibbo Stadium on November 29, 2025, where the team and officials were involved in disorderly conduct that delayed the match kick-off.

According to the PSL, the club and its officials are accused of disturbing the normal proceedings of the match, failing to comply with lawful instructions, and engaging in conduct deemed improper and likely to bring the league into disrepute.

The disciplinary hearing is scheduled to take place on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 5:30 PM at the PSL Offices.

PSL Communications and Media Liaison Officer, Kudzai Bere, confirmed the summons, stating that the league is taking the incident seriously.

“The Club and its officials are accused of disturbing the normal proceedings of a match, failing to comply with lawful instructions and engaging in conduct deemed improper and likely to bring the league into disrepute in terms of the PSL Rules and Regulations,” Bere said.

The incident has sparked concern among football fans, with many calling for stern action against the club and its officials.

The PSL has been cracking down on misconduct in the league, with several clubs and officials facing disciplinary action in recent months.

Dynamos FC has a history of disciplinary issues, having been fined and penalized by the PSL on several occasions.

In June 2025, the club was fined US$5,000 and its head coach, Saul Chaminuka, was fined US$4,000 and banned from the technical bench for two matches following an incident during a league match against FC Platinum.

The outcome of the disciplinary hearing is awaited, with the possibility of further sanctions against the club and its officials.
