Zimbabwe’s top musician Mukudzei Mukombe popularly known as Jah Prayzah has been nominated among Africa’s top entertainers for this year’s Africa Entertainment Awards USA (AEAUSA) which are set to be held on 12 December.

The AEAUSA are regarded as Africa’s biggest awards that have honoured Africa’s excellence since 2015. The awards ceremony is held annually in New Jersey where 30 awards are presented to African artists across all crafts and industries.

Jah Prayzah has been nominated in the Entertainer of the Year segment where he will battle against other big artists in Africa like Burna Boy, Wizkid, Diamond Platnumz, Yemi Alade and Tiwa Savage for the invaluable honor.

Efforts to get a comment from Jah Prayzah were fruitless as his mobile phone was not available by the time of publishing. Earlier on, the “Dzika Eriya” hit maker took to twitter to acknowledge his fans for making him receive international recognition due to their support.

“Team JP your support for the works is being recognized out there. We have a nomination for top entertainer at the AEAUSA. The nomination in itself is a win”, he said.
