– Traditional weapons
“Anyone found carrying these weapons in public places, thoroughfares, or public displays will be guilty of an offense and liable to a fine not exceeding Level 5 or imprisonment for six months, or both,”Said Chief SuperintendentM.Masvisvi.
Similarly, Chief Superintendent Nobert Ushe, Officer Commanding Harare North Police District, issued a separate order prohibiting the carrying of similar weapons in Harare North District from March 26 to June 2025.
