The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural Development has revealed that the multi- million dollar Trabablas Interchange project will be completed and opened to traffic by the end of this month.

The announcement was made at the Ministry’s official X account where they said: “ The Trabablas Interchange Construction Project is almost complete.We’ll be opening it to traffic this May 2025.”

The construction of the project started in 2022. It is expected to prevent traffic congestion and reduce accidents. The US$88 million project has a modern flyover, expanded road lanes, and safe pedestrian walks.
