Scottland FC and former Zimbabwe Under-23 coach Tonderayi Ndiraya is reportedly set to return to the Warriors technical team as one of the two assistant coaches.
The move is part of a broader restructuring following the dismissal of German head coach Michael Nees last week.
Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) is set to officially announce the full technical team, including the new head coach and other assistants, in due course as the association races against time to prepare the senior men’s national team for upcoming international commitments.
Ndiraya, who currently coaches Premier Soccer League club Scottland, brings a wealth of local experience to the national setup.
Ndiraya has previously served as an assistant coach under former national team boss Zdravko Logarusic.
During that period, he worked alongside fellow veteran coach Lloyd Chitembwe.
