Sungura music star Paradzai Mesi, leader of the Njerama Boys, is struggling to move and support his family after being hit by a car near his home in Dema, Seke. The accident happened on Saturday morning, and he has a broken leg. His family is asking for help to pay for his medical treatment.

Mesi’s daughter, Emelda, says her father was walking in their neighborhood when he was hit. “He’s bedridden, and we need help to get him the right treatment,” she said. They took him to a local clinic, but he needs more specialized care.

Emelda is upset that the driver didn’t stop to help. “Accidents happen, but drivers should help those they’ve hurt,” she said. The family isn’t looking for revenge, just hoping the driver had stopped to check on him.

Mesi is the main breadwinner, and his injury affects the whole family. He’s been working hard, performing shows to support them, and they hope he’ll recover soon.

A friend, Spencer Chimombe, says Mesi is a legend who needs help. “We need to support him now, he’s helped us with his music,” he said. Mesi has faced challenges, including past struggles with alcoholism, but has been doing well lately.

Mesi is known for hits like Tiri Huruva and Hupenyu Madzoro. His family and friends are asking for help to support him during this tough time.
