Zimbabwean Afro-soul sensation Feli Nandi will headline a landmark live recording concert at the Harare International Convention Centre (HICC) on 14 August 2026, in what organisers describe as a defining moment for the country’s entertainment industry.

The concert, titled “A Night with Feli Nandi Vol. 9,” is being staged under the theme “A Night with Feli – Fill up HICC” and is organised by Gateway Stream Media.

The show is billed as a celebration of music, culture and artistry, with organisers anticipating a large turnout of fans from across Zimbabwe.

Speaking ahead of the event, Gateway Stream Media Manager Elton Kurima emphasised the scale of the production being mounted for the concert.

Describing the effort behind the show, he said, “We are bringing a massive, high-calibre production to the stage that truly honours Feli’s journey. This is going to be an unforgettable night for music lovers, and we are ready to welcome thousands of fans to be part of local entertainment history.”

Kurima went on to explain that modern audiences expect more than a simple performance, pointing to the technical investment organisers have made to elevate the show.

He noted, “Fans today don’t just want to watch a performance; they want an immersive experience where every detail, from the sound engineering to the visual storytelling on stage, is flawless. We have raised the bar on the technical side to match the raw energy of the music. Fans are going to witness a night where local talent meets top-notch execution.”

To widen access to the concert, organisers have rolled out several ticket promotions in the lead-up to the event.

Through a partnership with MWOS FC, supporters who buy selected items at participating MWOS branches will qualify to purchase concert tickets for US$8.

Students have also been given a discounted entry option, with tickets priced at US$5 available to anyone presenting a valid student identification card at Rainbow Towers Hotel & Conference Centre or KwaNandi Restaurant.

Beyond the promotional offers, early bird tickets remain on sale through multiple outlets. Standard tickets cost US$10, while VIP tickets are priced at US$30.

Organisers say the concert will reinforce HICC’s reputation as Zimbabwe’s leading venue for world-class live entertainment, while further establishing Feli Nandi as one of the nation’s foremost musical voices.

In the run-up to the Fill up HICC show, the singer undertook a nationwide tour, performing in Kwekwe, Chegutu, Marondera, Gweru, Mutare, Masvingo and Kadoma to build momentum ahead of the landmark recording.

Feli Nandi, celebrated for her rich vocals and emotive stage presence, is an Afro-soul and Afro-fusion artist, songwriter and fashion entrepreneur.

She rose to prominence as a backing vocalist with Mhodzi Tribe before launching a solo career, breaking through with her hit single “Mufudzi WeMombe.”

Other popular tracks include “Munhu Wangu,” “Unotyei,” “Ndoona Iwe,” and “Muranda.”

Her achievements include Outstanding Female Musician of the Year and the People’s Choice Award at the 2024 National Arts Merit Awards (NAMA), along with Best Female Artist and Best Alternative honours at the 2023 Zimbabwe Music Awards.

She is also the founder of Feli Nandi Apparel, extending her creative footprint into fashion.
