Miss Universe Zimbabwe, Brooke Bruk-Jackson said she is ready to shine at the upcoming Miss Universe 2023 contest which will be held in El Salvador on 18 November this year.
Speaking at her farewell dinner which was held in Harare yesterday, Miss Bruk-Jackson said she is going to do her best to make history and bring the global crown to Zimbabwe for the first time.
“I just want to say thank you all for your support and for having my back from the beginning. It really means a lot to me and I will do my best to make you proud and hopefully make history and bring the crown to Zimbabwe,” she said.
Miss Bruk-Jackson will leave the country on Friday to attend the 72nd Miss Universe contest where she will be part of 90 participants from all over the world who will be contesting for the crown.
The current Miss World winner is R`Bonney Gabriel from the United States of America. She will crown her successor at the end of the event.
